Welcome to the Island Pacific School Parent Visit booking page. This is to schedule your first visit to the school, with or without your child. You will connect with our Head of School, Brad Carter or Assistant Head of School, Jennifer Henrichsen and in addition to seeing the school in action, will learn the depth of our programs and culture as well as have time to connect about your child in a personal meeting. You are welcome to bring your child or schedule a second visit with them once you have a lay of the land.

If you do not bring your child on this visit, we encourage you to arrange another time to bring them by for a tour before booking their Buddy Day so they can get acquainted.

If you are traveling to Bowen with BC Ferries, please be sure to check the Current Bowen Ferry Schedule. Note that there is a ticket purchase cut off time 10 minutes prior to the sailing.
The Island Pacific School Admissions Process.
Deadline December 17th for September 2027 enrolment
- Parent Visit and tour with your child
- Buddy Day for your child to spend a day in class at IPS
- Online Application Form & Fee
- Academic Interview
**A Student Visit, or Buddy Day, is an opportunity for your child to spend a full day in class. This is booked separately, however if you would like to plan ahead, please select a date in the Student Visit calendar that falls after your initial visit.
Once you have had your visit and your child has had their Buddy Day, you may decide to submit an Application to IPS. Following completion of the Application, then you can schedule an Academic Interview for your child. You may contact Jessica to arrange.
